It's like this Doctor, Knowing a subject and practising it doesn't always go hand-in-hand. On the flip-side of the coin, looking good doesn't always mean you know alot either. And then choice play's a big governing factor in such subjects, If we continue to study the best fitness knowledge there is and whilst doing this my female companion and I 'choose' to take a year out and become couch potatoes, does this make us any less knowledgeable?
And then there's the possibilty that such a good physique may have been carved under a surgeon's knife, which would not require any fitness knowledge whatsoever to aquire.
I hope this satisfies your quest for a sufficient answer.
great website and very informative, the only question i have is with all your knowledge and years of training, why are you and your female companion not in better shape??
hey colin tom here from work, i have been wonderng f you could give me some hints for my trainng methods as i am lookng to build up and i just trying to find out the more easier ways to do this, i have methods but you may be able to give me some vital advice that i already dont have, many thanks p.s pretty awsome site.
Hey colin, its will here, your site is cool man, most of it looks really interesting and its good that you cater for all levels of fitness. My only criticism (without being rude, of course) is that with your body part table, maybe along side the body parts named you could also add the technical term for the muscle aswell. Not only to allow people who are already into fitness to instantly know what you mean, but because this will make you appear more professional, and as this is clearly important to you as you say in your opening paragraphs about your experience, this may help you a little bit. good stuff tho mate, i like your slightly unorthadox methods and you obviously care about the people learning from your site. nice one mate keep it up.
will.
